Called at 9am to say I was having issues with hot water and by 4pm they had been round, found the issue and replaced the part on my unvented hot water cylinder. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the lady on the phone to the engineer that fixed the problem. Absolutely fantastic company. Rang up to get a quote to fix my dad’s toilet within a week had a quote and the new toilet was fitted. Staff were amazing and did a fab job. Unfortunately when they where at my dads doing the work my dad who is 84 fell and hit his face and hurt his arm, the plumbers gave him first aid and dressed his wounds, phoned an ambulance and stayed with him . Just had quite a big job completed by Whitehaven Gas & Plumbing ( back boiler removed and combi boiler fitted with all that that entails) , from first contact to last I’ve been impressed with their professionalism, the engineers on site were all respectful to us and our property and the job was completed to a high standard and a reasonable cost , any snags were resolved quickly and with good grace , I’ll definitely use again and am pleased to recommend.

Had a boiler service and a new cooker electric and gas supply fitted. From the office staff to the engineer, Glen, it was a very proffesional and friendy service. They even phoned to ask if they could come a bit earlier. What a superb team of people! I have used Whitehaven Gas & Plumbing for a boiler repair, new boiler installation and three services and a plumbing repair over the past 3-4 years. From the owner, right through to the team of engineers, this local family business is exceptional. Not only are they efficient, prompt and very good/thorough at what they do, but they are the most friendly, personable people with a top notch customer service ethos. I will only ever recommend this business to others for gas and plumbing and will use them for all future work I need. A 'simple' tap replacement and routine boiler service today turned into two slightly niggly jobs. Just had our boilers 1st year service carried out by Whitehaven gas and plumbing. These guys are knowledgeable, efficient, always pleasent/polite and all of this at a great price!
